traditional Spanish style architecture, cozy ambiance, proximity to Plaza de Armas
Expect noise from the club across the street that keeps the vibe lively well into the morning!!! Hot water was a major inconvenience !!! Switching rooms shouldn't have been a scavenger hunt!!!

Well-maintained and spotlessly clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is nice. It is a historic building, the rooms are immaculately clean in the main patio. Thanks to the staff for being very very helpful and exceptionally attentive and providing us with a terrific service...

Just an ideal choice for a flying visit in Cusco with all in all great value for money. The room had a big bed , made our few hours of sleep much more comfortable. Bring earplugs to handle the noise from the street outside.

Small hotel with nice design. Breakfast with ham and tomatoes, for example. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a main church. Found in the totally safe area close enough to several restaurants, markets, cafes, as well as the peru rail office, the Machu Picchu, and Next door to bars...

La Casona Real offered a comfortable stay with well-heated rooms and reliable hot showers, especially important for recovery after long days. The location is prime, being a short walk to the Plaza de Armas, allowing quick access to dining and shopping. The staff demonstrated really good customer service, assisting with laundry and transportation needs, and a breakfast option that had some good choices.
Noise from nearby nightclubs made for a somewhat restless night.

The staff were super friendly, but the noise from the clubs across the street was unbearable-earplugs only do so much. I expected a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles, but instead, got nada. My room had barely any natural light, super depressing. I really almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

I really loved how comfy the room was and the cozy little nook to enjoy my coffee every morning. There’s a massage service and a nice sun terrace that are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The heater could’ve been better, but it didn’t really spoil my stay at all. I’d definitely come back again! ☕️
